• Interfere with website functionality
• Use the site to upload harmful or malicious content

4. Use of Our Products (FluxGate, NovaClaim)

When using our software, you agree to:

• Provide accurate business information
• Use the tools for lawful business purposes
• Not reverse-engineer or attempt unauthorized modification
• Not misuse AI agents or attempt to remove safety controls

Our products may include AI-powered features. You understand that:

• AI may generate recommendations that require human judgment
• You are responsible for final business decisions and outcomes
• CT & Associates builds systems with Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) oversight to ensure safety, but final authority rests with the customer

5. Microsoft Technology Stack

Our solutions run on the Microsoft Power Platform and Azure, which means:

• Data is processed through Microsoft cloud services
• Standard Microsoft security and compliance controls apply
• You agree to follow Microsoft's terms of use when interacting with Microsoft services through our tools

6. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, product designs, training materials, and software components are the property of CT & Associates LLC.

You may not copy, distribute, resell, or reuse our materials without written permission.

7. Payment & Subscription Terms

If you subscribe to our paid products:

• Fees are billed according to your plan (monthly or annually)
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension
• Add-on services (SMS, Power Pages, integrations) have separate usage or subscription fees
• No refunds are provided for partial billing periods unless required by law.

8. Service Availability & Changes

We may update, enhance, or modify our services at any time.
We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance or security reasons.

We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of major changes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law:

• CT & Associates LLC is not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, or indirect damages.
• You agree that your use of AI-powered features requires reasonable supervision by your business.
• Our tools assist your operations, but you remain responsible for decisions made using them.

Some states or jurisdictions may not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to our products if:

• Fees are unpaid
• Terms are violated
• Harmful or abusive behavior is detected

You may terminate your subscription at the end of any billing cycle.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without conflict of law principles.
